The purpose of this website is to bring greater connection to myself and others.

My new book, “A Cup of Tea with Sadness” is a story about connection between the Self, my thoughts & feelings.

My hope is that I share the simple but profound message of my book to others.

I had planned on traveling to give workshops at various book stores, schools, book clubs but with the onset of the covid pandemic, I cannot connect in person.
